Information We Collect

In this capacity Otter Products, LLC is also acting as a data controller. By using this website and/or providing us your personal information, you consent to the transfer of your personal information outside of your country of residence including (where applicable) outside of the European Union/EEA, Switzerland and the U.K. to other countries including to the United States and the United Kingdom. Otter Products, LLC and our subsidiaries are authorized to only use your personal information for limited purposes necessary to provide services to us. Otter Products, LLC has certified its compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks.
